This was the worst dealership experience I have ever had, and I have purchased many vehicles. I found a car online there with an advertised price at a "good deal". I inquired via email and phone and got no response. I took the chance and drove over an hour with full intention to purchase the vehicle that day. After test driving and ready to do paperwork, they advised there was over $4,000 added on for "accessories" such as a GPS tracker, alarm, and m3 tape. Sales people were rude and unhelpful. I left and went a mile away and purchased a vehicle at a dealership that isn't deceptive. More

This dealership listed a used car online for $23K - sounded like a fair deal, so we went in for a test drive. But once we sat down to talk numbers, they suddenly pulled out a "lending price" of $28K! They claimed this was standard for people with no or poor credit - which made no sense, because that wasn't our situation at all. The so-called sales manager was misleading from the start. Nothing he said felt honest. It was obvious he was trying to confuse us or pressure us into a bad deal. We walked out right away. As we left, he even pretended to be on the phone and shouted at us from behind, trying to make a scene. Completely unprofessional. We ended up buying the car we wanted from a different dealership that treated us with respect. Will never come back here. More

Came to Metro and did my fuel pump recall after waiting so long for it. I worked with Robert who was very straightforward and helpful.
