Service was unacceptable for change oil alone took 3 hours and 45 minutes though I have appointment at 10 am and done at almost 2 pm .Staff were not so accommodating and friendly. Last time they change hours and 45 minutes though I have appointment at 10 am and done at almost 2 pm .Staff were not so accommodating and friendly. Last time they change my spare tire to donut tire.now they stole one of my umbrellas. Customers should have numbers. First come first serve. I came b4. 3 customers but they were called first on the desk in charged. So poor serviced ! More

My experience in getting my car serviced here was pathetic. I doubt any checks were performed. After getting the car serviced, within 5-10days i saw that my car tire had lot of cracks which i feel de pathetic. I doubt any checks were performed.
