We are very upset about the level of service we received. The salesman, David Simms, scratched the front of the car quite badly when he pulled it out of the lot. The paint is scratched deeply on the front right hand side of the car and instead of taking responsibility and fixing the paint that we watched him scratch, he has just refused to help at all. We were told the car was going to be detailed when it was brought back to us, and it was not. The car is absolutely filthy inside. There is food under the rear seats and between the driver's seat and the console, there are stains and dried up goop inside. This car was not cleaned, but when I asked about it, he again answered that it's too late in the day now and they are closing. He told us he would order a roof rail and hitch for the car and give us his employee discount, but he did not order it, and now says that we need to drive in just so that he can order it, and then come back a third time, so that they can install the roof rail. When I suggested they clean the car and fix the scratches that HE made, he stonewalled me. Terrible service. Not at all satisfied. More
