Our visit to Metro Honda was disappointing. The sales team was rude, refused a test drive, and used cheap sales tactics. They seemed uninterested in listening to us when we said we are buying i The sales team was rude, refused a test drive, and used cheap sales tactics. They seemed uninterested in listening to us when we said we are buying in cash, and we left feeling undervalued as customers. Avoid this dealership for a better car-buying experience elsewhere. As their sales manager said it on our face that if you don't want to pay the given unreasonable deal by tonight then go shop around. when we tried to negotiate, he just cut us off in between by saying "yes, we charge this high as we make profit on it", if you don't have enough money then go shop around". I wonder is this the way they deal with the customers who are willing to pay in cash?? Furthermore, their attitude towards us wanting to pay in cash was appalling. It's almost as if they preferred to deal with financing to push extra add-ons or increase their profits. Their unwillingness to negotiate or even listen to our concerns demonstrated a blatant lack of respect for potential customers. Moreover, their overall attitude was nothing short of disrespectful. Ultimately, we left the dealership feeling deeply disappointed and undervalued as customers. The entire experience left a sour taste in our mouths, and we vowed never to return to this dealership again. I would strongly advise potential car buyers to steer clear of Metro Honda and seek out establishments that value their customers and uphold the principles of ethical and respectful business practices.
