Cary Peek the body shop manager took good care of everything including dealing with the insurance company. The body shop did an excellent job fixing it with a polish and cleanup of the truck inside and out. They sent over to service for an oil change and some warranty work that needed to be done. In all, I have been buying vehicles from Metro Ford for 30 years and only use their Service as well. Never had any issues or complaints and if I did they surely would take care of the situation. If you are looking for a great Ford Dealer Metro is the one to go to hands down!!! More

Lengthy Waits and Inconsistent Service My husband and I have been coming to Metro for a long time; purchased 3 cars from there, and have all our service work done there. In the last year, My husband and I have been coming to Metro for a long time; purchased 3 cars from there, and have all our service work done there. In the last year, we have noticed things do not go as smoothly as they once did. Oil changes take longer than they estimate, and there is usually something that was not done correctly or overlooked. I brought my car in February to have a door latch recall fixed. When I got it home the door latch stuck to the point that I could not get my son out of the car; he had to crawl through the other side door. My husband temporarily fixed it as best he could so that we didn't have to be inconvenienced to go back to have it fixed; we also knew we would be back for my inspection in April. When I came this past weekend for my inspection, I asked them to also check the door and the alignment. The alignment had been fine, but since having taken it in February, it was off. They did the four wheel alignment on the car (which my husband later said should have only been a 2 wheel alignment, but I wasn't aware of this at the time that I was at the center), and fixed the door latch. When the car was ready, 3.5 hours later, I looked at the bill and there was an oil change listed on it, and no inspection. I brought this to the attention of the service center and they admitted there had been an error and he apologized. He was very nice, but after 3.5 hours waiting with two kids for my car, it was frustrating to then have to wait for the inspection to be completed. I have noticed small things like this happening more frequently. The attention to detail is not there that once was. We continue to come because we have credits we have earned and all our car history of service is there; going to another place seems more hassle than just dealing with the long wait times and inconsistent quality. The gentleman at the service center did remove the charge for the oil change (which I would expect), but nothing else was offered for my additional time and inconvenience, including having to have them fix the door latch which should not have been a problem had it been thoroughly examined before we received the car back the first time. I didn't ask for anything else, by that time my kids were spent and exhausted and I wanted to leave. But a discount on the inspection or a credit towards our next service would have been a nice gesture. As I said, we will continue to come to Metro, as all our records are there for our cards, but my husband and I know from here out that we will have to be extra diligent in checking over everything to save us from inconveniences in the future. More

Very Heads Up Service/Mechanics I brought my Shelby Cobra 500 in to have my wheels exchanged, stock wheels to some aftermarket wheels. Lucky for me the mechanic working on my service I brought my Shelby Cobra 500 in to have my wheels exchanged, stock wheels to some aftermarket wheels. Lucky for me the mechanic working on my service opened the new wheels and noticed 2 were matte finish and 2 were gloss. The shipper mixed up the order sending 2 different sets of wheels. I was able to get the order straighten out and my car is back in the garage with great new wheels, properly mounted, balanced and they all MATCH! LOL! Front end was aligned and all good. One more thing. I received a $25 BD gift card from Metro. My total bill was up there as I needed 4 new air pressure reading devices, not cheap. Naturally I wanted to use my newly received gift card. I picked up my car at 3:30 Saturday afternoon, service desk was closed so I went directly to the cashier. There I was told I couldn’t use the gift card that I had to use it at the service desk. What???? Same company, same building, my bill was sent to the cashier... Bad deal for me. Recently I spent 45K on a new Transit 250, had a bill for $810 for my car, but couldn’t use a $25 gift card that Metro sent me to use on my next service....... This is why I gave them a 4 star rating instead of a 5 star. More
