The service department at Metro Ford of OKC, in particular Kevin (service rep), the manager of the service department, and their predecessors, have no regard for their customers. After more than a year of promises and assurances by Metro Ford that all of warranty/recall claims would be promptly resolved, I still have an unresolved and outstanding claim related to the unintended tail gate opening on my F-150 Raptor. I have never had such poor service from a dealership in my life. The only reason I am giving Metro Ford one star is because zero stars is not offered as an option. More

We are looking for a car for our 16 yr old daughter. We met William at Ted's one night. He heard us talking about a car. He stopped by our table and left a card. He wasn't pushy and even steered us away from cars, that wouldn't be a good fit for our daughter. I felt he had our best interest at heart. He took his time with us and we never felt rushed or pressure to "buy" something. My husband was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and friendliness that William displayed ( my husband can be a hard negotiator). When we told William we weren't buying that day, he did not make us feel as if we wasted his time. There are 1000 car lots in OK but We will be going back in April to purchase a car from William at Metro Ford. More

Metro Ford has a special person in JR. He’s not a pushy salesman, he didn’t try to get Me to look at vehicles that I didn’t want and didn’t push me onto vehicles I wanted. He listen to what I wanted and found me the perfect pick up. Haven’t bought a used car in 30 years, he made it a pleasure to buy a used vehicle. I vote him the employee of the month. He was very respectful to me and just a great guy. You guys got one heck of a salesman. After we made the deal he went further and ask his boss if I could have running boards so my wife can get in the pick up and it happened, no extra money. Thank you David Talley More
