Not pushy, but friendly and appropriately available. Answered questions. Moved quickly through the process. Provided plenty of information about the vehicle. Knew his stuff and kept things moving along realizing we didn't want to sit there while he took his time telling us about things that didn't matter to us. The one thing I would like to see done is if I come back to have a repair done from an earlier job, I think I should be moved to the front of the line and worked on first. I had a new timing belt and oil pu to have a repair done from an earlier job, I think I should be moved to the front of the line and worked on first. I had a new timing belt and oil pump installed, and after I returned home I had a leak under my truck. Where another oil sensor was installed. Replacing the oil sensor does not take that long. I feel I should have had it done that day, then again your rules, your shop, customer bumped to last. It would be nice to see a customer coming first. Question if I had a more expensive vehicle would I had been treated any differently. I have had my 2000 Ford Explorer Sport for over 22 years and I try to keep the maintenance up so I do not have to buy a new vehicle. Frank Lopez was awesome keeping me informed but having to wait about 10 days, (not counting me being gone for three days and Sundays) just does not make me happy. I know you have a lot of other customers and you can't make everyone happy, but this is my comment. More

Very happy with our recent purchase of a Toyota 4Runner for our son. The process was quick and easy. VERY impressed with our salesman Chris Derrick. The vehicle had a very faint cigarette smoke smell. for our son. The process was quick and easy. VERY impressed with our salesman Chris Derrick. The vehicle had a very faint cigarette smoke smell. Chris went above and beyond to help rectify the situation, including sending us home with his personal portable ozone air scrubber so we could keep treating the vehicle for a few days and then mail it back.
