I bought a brand new Black Widow about a year ago and had to take it up there a few times. The tailgate step would not come out. They said they fixed it but didn’t. Not a huge deal. Well I had to take it up to take it up there a few times. The tailgate step would not come out. They said they fixed it but didn’t. Not a huge deal. Well I had to take it up there again about a month ago for several issues. Both rear shocks were blown, the exhaust mounts were broken, the hood scoops were peeling off, and the back tailgate step was still stuck where it couldn’t be opened. Also had the oil changed, tires rotated, and alignment. Well I pick up the vehicle and they tell me that the tailgate step can’t be repaired bc there is dirt in there. When I go to leave my back driver side tire has 20 psi. I send a message to my service manager with no reply. I air the tire up and have it patched. There was a small hex headed, allen looking wrench stuck in the tire. Send another message to them again. Still no reply. They said they aligned my vehicle and the steering wheel is shaking going down the highway. Going to get it re-aligned. I most certainly will not be buying my next vehicle from here. Go somewhere else. Probably why they have so many unsold vehicles that have to be jump started to test drive. Should give 0 stars but they caught a break and had to get 1. More
