Bought a pickup, paid cash, and asked specifically for adaptive cruise. The salesmen assured me it was there and even took on test drive showing the lane assist. Got home and called immediately when wou adaptive cruise. The salesmen assured me it was there and even took on test drive showing the lane assist. Got home and called immediately when would not brake automatically with the car in front. He asked me to change some settings and did but seldom drove the vehicle. Took the vehicle in for a recall on two areas and asked them to find out why was not working. It's not working because, it's not there! Originally I called in within hours of the purchase and asked the sales manager to call me back but no call. Walked into the dealership after a service call asking to speak to a sales manager about training the sales people on an adaptive cruise. The people up front were very nice and assured me a sales manager would call. Of course, after a couple of weeks it didn't happen. So I call into the dealership asking to speak to the sales manager about training the sales staff. There comes a point it's an ownership issue and Metro Ford does not deliver. Would recommend Ford motor company audit the dealership and dig into the issues. Be extremely careful with Metro Ford as their word is not their bond. Just fyi the service guys are great but real issues in the front office! More
