Excellent service provided for oil change, tire rotation and checking tires for wear which resulted in different info as provided by CarFax. I always request Denise because she listens! Denise also provides her cell phone number and keeps one updated; if, however, something is found that is going to cost more money she comes in person. In my case, it was a cabin filter and she said it would go a little longer and I chose to get it all done. My parting comment to Denise was if she ever left Metro, I would follow her! More
