Told my part was on Indefinate backorder. Found a mechanic in MWC that ordered the part from a Ford dealer and got it in one day for half the price. This was after my truck had set in my driveway for over a month completely unusable. They told me I could buy a new truck. Sounds like the focus at this dealership is sales and not customer. I will never use the dealership again. More

My car had a covered warranty issue. They gave me a loaner and most importantly, they stayed in touch via text every step of the way.
