Watch for the bait and switch on the works oil change. MOA is not included even tho it shows its included. I originally had a great experience at this dealership. That all ended when I became interested in a warranty. I found that the vehicle I purchased had a warranty on it, and I can transfer that warranty That all ended when I became interested in a warranty. I found that the vehicle I purchased had a warranty on it, and I can transfer that warranty to me. I worked with Vincente their finance manager to the warranty transferred. Over a couple of weeks, he seemed to figure it out, as I received a copy of the after-market warranty that the previous owner had purchased, and my name was on it. I also confirmed with Endurance Warranty that the warranty was active. I thought all was great. Few months later, I take my vehicle in for service, and they tell me the warranty was voided a month later because Metro Ford didn't submit the appropriate paperwork!! Then, these people have gaul to try to sell me a new warranty. I couldn't believe it. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. YOU WILL REGRET IT More
