We had financing through our bank, and Johnny hooked us up! The car is fabulous. And we were in and out in 2 hours. Even financing took only about 30 minutes. The service department has terrible customer service. They had my car for almost 2 weeks (5/12- 5/23) for water pump replacement and they did not contact me ONCE for an update on my vehicle. I called the day before we brought the car in to determine this was something they would be able to handle and how long it would take to complete thinking we were on the same page. David Duggan the service advisor was very rude and stated he did not call to provide updates because "he did not have anything to update" to which I reminded him that a delay in service or promised delivery date is a necessary update to a customer especially since I had to rent a car for the additional days each failed completion date. A customer having to call every few days just to check in for a completion date and understand what was taking so long as they originally quoted me 2-3 business days is not good customer service. I was promised 3 different completion dates and none of them were met. We talked to the Service Manager Scott who promised to personally update us on the status but similar to David's promises he lacked follow through. Customer service and experience despite being something they guarantee in the Metro Ford Service Agreement were absolutely missing from my experience. I have had my car worked on at a different service center as I was still having issues but did not want to bring my car back here. I would not recommend anyone to have their car serviced here, just go to Cavender. More

From the moment Johnny greeted me he took care of all our car shopping needs. Insisted I drive a couple of vehicles which I had shown interest in, and thoroughly went over every detail. When I called back car shopping needs. Insisted I drive a couple of vehicles which I had shown interest in, and thoroughly went over every detail. When I called back a few hours later, stating that my wife (Carla) wanted to come test drive the Jeep, he had everything ready when we arrived. She loved the Jeep and we went to work immediately to secure it. All of the staff were courteous and willing to work with us. Manager was very supportive and agreed to remedy a few items. Finance was a breeze too. We could not be happier with the way we were treated - especially by Johnny. I will be recommending Metro Ford and Johnny Mahsetky to others. More
