Had an appointment for warranty repair of “Clunk” in front end of Momma-bear’s new Explorer. We had a little scheduling conflict, so we had to drop it off a day early. Tech was actually able to check it front end of Momma-bear’s new Explorer. We had a little scheduling conflict, so we had to drop it off a day early. Tech was actually able to check it out and begin repair work same day. Timely and precise repair. Problem fixed. I don’t know the name of the Auto techs that worked on the repair, but I do remember that the Service Advisor, Mike was top notch and kept me updated on the process. More
