An hour and fifteen minutes later it still sits in the same staging spot. Not Pleased here! I don’t even have to wait that long at my Dr office to see them. Two weeks ago they changed my oil and rotated the tires. The guy that did that work sent me out of there missing lug nut locks (or any kind of nut) on two of the wheels and didn’t tell me. I have purchased 3 vehicles from them in the past and I’m asking myself “ what the xxxx happened here to the dealership I used to know?” Up date... another 30 minutes has passed and they came to tell me the part they ordered was more complete than they needed for my simple spring replacement and I would have to come back . Grrrr! More
