Have to fix a lot of problems GMC yukon the front window leaks back hatch leaks took to carwash and when I was done I got into yukon and my ceiling fabric was soaked. The passenger seat is broken the back windows buttons dont work. There is a high pitch noise coming through the speakers when you accelerate. Something is wrong with the rear end. Something is wrong with the tv. Amongst other small stuff too. ya I'm not happy with what I spent and know I have to turn around and put it in shop and spend thousands of dollars to fix everything that's wrong with it. More

Sold me a lemon and will not take responsibility I flew from out of state to purchase a vehicle I was told had no problems. When we arrived there was a malfunction light on in the car . The employees I flew from out of state to purchase a vehicle I was told had no problems. When we arrived there was a malfunction light on in the car . The employees at the dealership stated it was from frost and just needed to be reset from a Mazda dealer . We drive the car home to find out the vehicle was in an accident and the sensor was never replaced as it should have been and you dealership knowingly sold me this car knowing that the light was on and pretended not to . I am Now facing a 2500 expense and Justin is not making it a priority to address this ethically wrong behavior . I am Beyond upset at the service level and dishonesty from this company . More

Great experience with Ronald Hughes Jr! I recently purchased a Ford Raptor and worked with Ronnie for a couple of weeks before I decided to buy. During this time I had a ton of questions aro I recently purchased a Ford Raptor and worked with Ronnie for a couple of weeks before I decided to buy. During this time I had a ton of questions around the car ownership and the pricing. He patiently answered all the questions without being pushy or overwhelming. A few things that stood out to me about him: 1. He genuinely went to bat for me with his management. I know this for a fact because of the negotiations that we both closely worked on. 2. He was very upfront about what’s realistic and what is not achievable. 3. He was available anytime I needed him during the process, even when I didn’t appear to be serious buyer initially. 4. He followed up with me after the purchase to see how everything was going, when he had no vested interest at that point. He genuinely took pride in getting the deal done. That, along with the other qualities listed above, are very rare to find at car dealerships these days. Highly recommend him! More
