First visit to Metro Ford Service I am very impressed with the service department at Metro Ford. From the moment I pulled in, I was greeted with a smile and a very knowledgeable adviso I am very impressed with the service department at Metro Ford. From the moment I pulled in, I was greeted with a smile and a very knowledgeable advisor who explained exactly what they would be doing to my car to fix the recalls. Then I was consistently updated by my advisor via text after getting a welcome text and him asking if text message was the best which I loved because I’m too busy to answer my phone at work :) I picked my vehicle up and my advisor introduced himself and went over every detail again as to what was completed and let me know they went above and found another recall and replaced something simple for me that if they hadn’t, I’d have to be without my vehicle again at a later date. I’ll definately be bringing my Explorer in for all services soley based on this first visit! More

Oil change and brake fluid flush Service was pretty quick, the service employees are nice not too pushy when it comes to up selling which is nice especially since Im here fairly frequ Service was pretty quick, the service employees are nice not too pushy when it comes to up selling which is nice especially since Im here fairly frequently and they make enough effort to remember me and my preferences even though I never mentioned my aversion to up selling I think they could tell that I don't like the aggressive sales thing. My car has always functioned as it did before or even better after service, particularly when I had the clutch service done, it runs so much better than it did before. I would recommend that there be better options for tires available, no warranty on new tires is kind of silly I don't mind paying extra for a warranty. More
