Good service I brought my Focus in for an oil change, a recall, and check engine light on. Had an appointment on Monday but had to come back on Wednesday due to t I brought my Focus in for an oil change, a recall, and check engine light on. I did not actually pay for anything but the oil change since the work was either covered under my extended warranty or the Ford recall. My car is operating satisfactorily now. More

Buying a car long-distance is a bit of a mixed bag, so they sent me additional pictures and took time to answer my questions. Brian was great to work with. Between the time we first spoke and when we completed the deal (roughly two weeks), he called me every few days to check and see if there was anything he could help with. On my travel day, he checked in with me during my layover, to make sure my flights were going as planned, and when I arrived, he was already there waiting for me, with my car. The paperwork was prepared and waiting, and I was on my way in about an hour, to drive the 900 miles home. The car was fairly represented on the online listings, and I feel like they gave me a solid deal on a solid vehicle. Brian did everything he could do to make it easy for me, and I would not hesitate to deal with him again. More

Unethical If I could give metro ford 0 stars I would. First let me say this. We went to this lot to buy a 2014 avenger. Nothing fancy. Just a regular car. They said it wouldn’t be a problem so they let us take the car. The next day we hadn’t heard anything. So at 7pm I call. I was told we didn’t get financing and we needed to bring it back. Next morning we did. My wife left a review stating her displeasure. They call her and tell her to take the review down because it was her fault. They don’t normally sell to her type. Claimed she had bad credit. She’s never missed a payment on anything and has great credit and income. So I call the lot and speak to a manager. We talk and come to an agreement. We got approved for the loan. I work a lot of hours and I had called several time to keep them in the loop. I was also told the car had to go to the shop and wouldn’t be ready until Monday. No problem. I called today to tell them we were coming after the car. Tuesday. They call me back and tell me they sold the car we got a loan on..... ridiculous. They said we needed to secure it with the down payment to insure we got it. I was on my way to do this. This dealership is unethical, unprofessional and completely a bait and switch lot.
