Our salesperson was outstanding and the General Manager was very reasonable. We were in and out of the dealership within 1.5 hours without any high pressure sales. The vehicle we wanted to purchase was available and was better than the pictures we viewed online. They were honest and provided a Carfax and covered all of the vehicles' features. I would recommend this dealership to friends and family. Car dealerships usually disappoint customers, but Metro Ford of OKC delivers. Car buying should be this simple every time. We liked how they have vehicles for all types of buyers and not just focused on the high or low end. They sell quality vehicles that are not from auctions, which is rare in this market. More

I went back hoping for the same experience and I was disappointed. It took some one 20min to even talk to us. Then of course they were nice until we were ready to buy. Then the attitude I got was they wanted to sell me a truck but didn't want to budge. I was told the vehicle with the features I was looking for didn't exist. I did not buy my car from there, I went elsewhere where I got the vehicle with all the features that didn't "exist" for the same price they wanted to charge me for the base model. More

Oh and it'll take you longer than your paper tag allows just to get your title. So you also have to pay penalty fees because they can't get their xxxx together. Had to sign papers twice and they still didn't get it right. More

It was the most pleasurable experience in buying a new car we have had. Was a little wait to get into F&I but they were busy. once there 15 to 20 minutes and we are motoring down the road. I know the Randal Reed stuff is out there and they are working through that, They are not Randall Reed, If you want to buy a ford at a good price without pressure, dont pass these new guys buy. you can get warranty work done at any ford dealership LeAnna and John H. Purchased a vehicle So We purchased a vehicle from metro ford, expecting good things. Needless to say the car we like, we got. We have had to come back MULTIPLE times to So We purchased a vehicle from metro ford, expecting good things. Needless to say the car we like, we got. We have had to come back MULTIPLE times to sign paper that they forgot. Wasting more and more of our time. Then they didn't send her title to get her tags. They said that they called but she never received the call about something else that she had to sign to get the title. They won't pay any expenses or anything. All they said is that this happens, and people time just get wasted. What kind of customer service is this? Don't go here. More

Bad Experience from the Get Go We needed a truck for our new company immediately. We'd gotten our first big contract and needed a used truck to haul equipment. I had received a pre-approval letter from my lender, so I thought the process would be a snap. I went online and found a used truck that we thought would fit the bill. I talked to a salesperson there and explained the urgency of our situation asking what I could do to expedite the process. I was told to complete the online credit application and bring in the customary documentation. I did all of that. When I arrived at the dealership, my husband and I parked our car and got out. Nobody came out to greet us. We walked the lot looking for the truck we found online, found it and looked at it. Nobody came out to greet us. After looking at it, we felt the bed may be too small, so we started looking at other used trucks. Nobody came out to greet us. I went inside to find my salesperson. I say 5 or 6 salesmen walking around, but not my salesperson, so I went to the front desk. The receptionist was on the phone giving someone directions. This went on for what seemed like forever. She didn't place them on hold, so I left. I called my salesperson from my cell phone to let him know our first impressions of the dealership and tell him that we were leaving. He explained that they were short staffed and he was upstairs. He came down after a bit and out to the parking lot. I went in and provided him with the documentation. Two hours later and still no approval on our pre-approval, so the salesperson suggested that we leave and he'd call me later. This was at 2PM, so by 5PM when I hadn't heard from him, we went to another dealer and bought a Ford F-150. The difference between the two dealers was like night and day. More
