Free tires and oil changes “for life”--AKA--for as little time as they can get away with. While this is the third dealer in this location in the last five years (Heads up!), they supposedly still honor the contracts from the previous dealers. After driving well over an hour to an appointment, they stated that $600 worth of work (flushes, etc.) had to be done on a truck with 30,000 miles to keep the "free" oil changes. In addition, the original, now unsafe, weather-checked tires were not covered because they still had tread. (1) They should tell their customer while they have her on the phone that the oil change cost will be substantially higher than usual, (2) oil changes were never really free as they always cost over $20 after the fees were added in, and (3) you will never get one set of new tires out of them before your old ones are too dangerous to drive on. You’ve been warned! More

I was told that my credit and income were good, but no specific reason(s) why I was declined financing. Overall, the salesmen were repsectful, but did not appreciate being lied to. This is why I lose trust in all dealerships. More

Simply stated, my experience with Metro Ford was the worst experie The only reason I gave them one star is because giving no star is not an option. Simply stated, my experience with Metro Ford was the worst experience in my 45 years of car buying. Although the salesman was pleasant, the management was horrible. After putting up with insulting offers on our trade and spending several hours negotiating, we finally got within $300 of making a deal. At that point, we absolutely had to leave due to prior commitments. As we left, I told the salesman and his manager we would think about it and call with an answer. Both of them agreed. In less than an hour, we called back to say we would pay the extra $300 and accepted their offer. The salesman agreed and I told him I would call the next morning and set a time to come in and sign the papers. I called the next morning to set a time to come in and was told that the manager refused to honor the deal. He said the deal was only good until we left the showroom. HE NEVER STATED ANY SUCH QUALIFIER when we left. To make matters worse, He added $500 to their price putting us $800. Needless to say, I told them exactly what they could do with their car. We found the exact car at Reynolds Ford. We went to Reynolds and had a deal within an hour for slightly less than the deal Metro backed out of. Would never deal with these people. More

I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE THERE!!!!! I had the worst experience there. I traded my car in on June 12th 2015 for a 2012 Chrysler 200. I had it for a month and a half. They called me in there three times to resign my paperwork and told me i was approved for the Chrysler. They told me today that i wasnt approved for it and took my car back today. They told me they couldnt do anything about it. They told me they will give me 1000 dollars for what my trade in was worth but i traded a car in not cash. I am very upset and i would like to talk to the owner about all this. More

Above and Beyond! After calling the closest Ford dealer, I was told that there were no service departments open on Saturdays and it would be Monday before anyone could After calling the closest Ford dealer, I was told that there were no service departments open on Saturdays and it would be Monday before anyone could get to it. I located Metro Ford and chose to have it towed there since it was closest to my final destination. When my daughter and I arrived, two salesmen were still there at 9:30 p.m., Josh and Jerrod. They were genuinely concerned about our situation. They provided us with a loaner to drive, took down my information and notified the service manager ahead of time for a service call on Saturday morning. Chad in service took excellent care of us and kept me posted throughout the morning. The truck was repaired by noon and my daughter and I made it safely back to Alabama. These guys know customer service! Matt Azcueta should be very proud to have such a great team of folks working with him! More
