Unethical If I could give metro ford 0 stars I would. First let me say this. We went to this lot to buy a 2014 avenger. Nothing fancy. Just a regular car. They said it wouldn’t be a problem so they let us take the car. The next day we hadn’t heard anything. So at 7pm I call. I was told we didn’t get financing and we needed to bring it back. Next morning we did. My wife left a review stating her displeasure. They call her and tell her to take the review down because it was her fault. They don’t normally sell to her type. Claimed she had bad credit. She’s never missed a payment on anything and has great credit and income. So I call the lot and speak to a manager. We talk and come to an agreement. We got approved for the loan. I work a lot of hours and I had called several time to keep them in the loop. I was also told the car had to go to the shop and wouldn’t be ready until Monday. No problem. I called today to tell them we were coming after the car. Tuesday. They call me back and tell me they sold the car we got a loan on..... ridiculous. They said we needed to secure it with the down payment to insure we got it. I was on my way to do this. This dealership is unethical, unprofessional and completely a bait and switch lot. I’m surprised a company like ford still allows them to franchise. I’m would not waste my time going here. they sold the car we got a loan on.... More

New Truck owner Thanks to Brian Chan.. At Metro Ford I just bought a 2019 Ford F-150.. Brian Chan worked extremely hard and gave me not 1 but 2 great options to choose from.. They were sweet deals.. Easy deal on used vehicle with Chris Derrick & Jason Hutton Found a Yukon on facebook that my wife wanted so we send a few pics of our trades and thirty minutes later we had a deal. Laughable Service Department Find a better option, this place is awful. Went in for an oil change on a newish F150, no history of problems whatsoever. During their review, they de Find a better option, this place is awful. Went in for an oil change on a newish F150, no history of problems whatsoever. During their review, they determined that "it has a leak in the system, but we can fix it under warranty". I would know if it had a leak (no leak), but I thought "whatever - they are scamming Ford, not me". Takes 2 days to "fix", i drive out and - you guessed it - NOW it DOES have an oil leak. So I took it back in. Their genius service guys say "can't find a leak", even though I'm adamant that it's leaking 2-3 ounces every time I stop. After 2 days of failing to find the leak, i drive it home - and the check engine light comes on because of....low oil pressure. So they go in and fix this leak (another 4 days). A couple days later, it develops a horrible knocking sound. After taking it back in, they determine that the spark plugs are blown, and they'll have to replace the fittings to - because they seem damaged (wow, I wonder why?). Bottom line - I spent $1500 and 11 days in the shop, so that their service department could ruin the engine on a 2 year old truck. More
