They treated me horrible. mike Barnett should not be allowed to represent the dealership. I had made an appointment with the salesman who sold me the truck to bring my new truck in to get the scratches off my door handle which new truck should have not had any scratches at all but mike accus me of just showing up without appointment. He also was mad since he told me he lost money selling me the truck. I had to get into shutting match with him until he got my scratches' taken care of. I have never been treated this bad at any dealership. His other floor manager was following me around the showroom while he was trying to get into fight with me, he also called me some name as well. More

Worst car buying experience in my life. Wish I could give 0 stars. Bought certified used car from them, had it delivered to me out of state. Car arrived with 3 warning lights on in the dash Wish I could give 0 stars. Bought certified used car from them, had it delivered to me out of state. Car arrived with 3 warning lights on in the dash, clunking front end due to a defective engine mount, untightened bolts on rear brakes. ( they were half falling off and unsafe to drive) No tie down on the battery, was sliding around under the hood. Undisclosed dent on fender. Rear tire had a nail in it and was only at 12 psi. They sell the car claiming 139 point vehicle inspection. How can a car pass a 139 point vehicle inspection with a clunking front end and engine lights on? All you had to do is turn the ignition on and the dash lit up with warning lights. Worst part was no one would call me back for over 6 weeks. I left messages for management daily for 6 weeks . No one ever called me back. I called over 100 times. I have never felt so disrespected as a customer. They should be embarrassed on how they handled this transaction. More
