Metro Ford- Awesome! We came to Metroford with the hopes of purchasing a new truck. While researching different options and prices online, we came upon Metro Ford. I promptly received an email from a salesman at the dealership. He wanted to introduce himself and know what we were looking for to ease our search. We set an appointment with the dealership to come look around. The day of the appointment we received an emAil from him to thank us for setting time aside to come look. When we arrived we asked for the nice salesman from the email, Matthew Danuser. He was extremely friendly and polite. He actually remembered our conversations and had some options already in mind for us. He quickly and efficiently had us fill out some paperwork and showed us around the lot. Instead of just pushing us to the most expensive truck, he thoroughly showed us ALL our options. He wasnr pushy and listened to the likes and dislikes of the vehicles we looked out and helped us find the perfect one for us. He made us feel comfortable and wr didn't feel rush. Once we picked out our vehicle he got the ball rolling and we were out of there in no time. Mr. Danusar even showed us how to fully utilize all the cool new features of our new truck including all the buttons on the steering wheel, connect our phones, and set the new keyless entry passcode. Mr. Danuser made the whole experience very enjoyable. I would highly recommend anyone going to Metro Ford the request him! Metro Ford is lucky to have a dealer like him. We will for sure be returning to him for any future business- whether he's at Metroford or not! Great experience! More

During the initial phone call Nick found out what we were looking for and had two trucks ready for us to look at when we arrived. When it became apparent that neither quite fit what we wanted he found a truck that did. He knew what combinations of options were available and, more importantly, he knew Metro-Ford's inventory. No wandering around the lot trying find what we wanted. All three of the staff members we worked with left strong positive impressions. For the price point i was at, you want someone with integrity and that is Richard Becker and Nick Bubb! Nick was the lucky one who was there when i first pulled up, willing to help with no pressure, even offered to search auctions for what i was wanting. I spent maybe 20 min with him before i left. After some looking around at other dealerships i decided on a new F250. I was down to the color and truck i wanted and thus negotiating on price. Richard Becker ensured i was taken care of and financing went real smooth. They both worked together which other dealerships doesn't happen very often. Most are out to get theirs. If you want a great deal, company representatives that end up working for you with your interests then this is where you need to purchase. Although i had 2 great experiences i would recommend Richard Becker. Give him a high five for me!! More
