Awesome Went to three other dealers. I bought the F150 XLT where the other dealers offered the XL. And for the same price. Look around and then come here. Went to three other dealers. Will not honer warranty tires for life We paid almost $9K in service warranties when we bought our three cars in 2013. Last fall Metro service said my daughter tires were not worn enough for replacement today thay said she did not have the tires for life. WOW!! More

2017 Titanium Escape We knew what we wanted, what we were willing to pay, and how we wanted to finance. I'm not sure I've ever had a better experience buying a new car th We knew what we wanted, what we were willing to pay, and how we wanted to finance. I'm not sure I've ever had a better experience buying a new car than what we had with Metro! They found what we wanted, gave me the price I wanted to pay, and came up with incredible financing! Javier Bravo was wonderful, and had a lot of patience with my wife, that the car was for. I met with Illiana briefly, but she was very instrumental in finding us the RIGHT Titanium Escape my wife was shopping for. The manager was very friendly, the Fiance Guy was awesome and great to work with, and we felt absolutely NO PRESSURE! We will refer our friends to Metro, and it will be the first place we shop next time we need a vehicle. Excellent!! More

Front Marker Light Robert at Metro Ford is great! They forgot to change my front marker light during my last oil change. I gave an excellent review but noted about my ma Robert at Metro Ford is great! They forgot to change my front marker light during my last oil change. I gave an excellent review but noted about my marker. Robert called me within a week and asked me to bring in my car I told him I will see. Two days latter Robert called me again and asked me to bring in my car again,so I told him OK I will bring it in Saturday. I brought in my car, after an hour the technician drove in my car back to the service center, the service manager looked at my light and had the technician drive it back to get worked on. At that time I did not know the technician told the service manager that they would have to remove my front bumper to change the marker light and because of Robert's note the service manager said change it. I can not tell you how impressed I am with Metro Ford service department. They are truly service oriented company wanting to make sure their customers are satisfied with their work. THANK YOU!! More

Went in to look at a F150 because of an "online sale price". I found a an F150 with an online sale price that appeared "too good to be true". They did have the vehicle, for the price in the add. However, "I" ha I found a an F150 with an online sale price that appeared "too good to be true". They did have the vehicle, for the price in the add. However, "I" had failed to read the fine print, and did not desire meet the requirements of the advertised price. I made a counter offer, it was not accepted. I believed we parted as friends. The salesman I dealt with was named "Matt". Matt was courteous, respectful and never tried to pressure me into anything. Matt explained the process and introduced me to his sales manager who explained his position, also in a respectful manner. Although I did not buy a vehicle this time, I will recommend them to others and consider them in the future. Overall a pleasant shopping experience. More
