Last Time I Will Ever Be in Metro Ford I was told I had a bad a/c Compressor and all of my a/c lines had holes in them cost of $2,372 to repair. Vehicle advertised as a 6.7 Diesel, was a gas 6.2 F250 was advertised as a 2013 6.7L Diesel on facebook marketplace. Went into finance, noticed that the car on the paperwork said 6.2L, mentioned it t F250 was advertised as a 2013 6.7L Diesel on facebook marketplace. Went into finance, noticed that the car on the paperwork said 6.2L, mentioned it to the finance manager he said it was probably just a computer mistake and it would be corrected on the final paperwork. Salesman the entire time was talking about the "Power because of the diesel engine". The next day (Sunday) after buying it I started looking closer and it was actually a 6.2L Gas engine. While I know I should have checked right away before I bought it when there was confusion on the year and the engine - I did not. I went back first thing Monday morning and they would do nothing. The bottom line is I should have looked closer, I should have assumed everyone was lying instead of it just being a "paperwork" thing. xxxx, the salesmen even went an put gas in it, never mentioned it was not diesel - When we specifically spoke with him for 30 minutes about why we needed the diesel (to pull our RV)... My fault, but I will never shop here again. More
Finally the 30 minute close Coy and team did as I expected and met my requirements. Yes you would have thought I was the customer. Paperwork took under 30 minutes and door to Coy and team did as I expected and met my requirements. Yes you would have thought I was the customer. Great Service. Every time I go their service is better than I stopped going to Metro Ford a few years back because it was far from my house, I would pass 1 or 2 Ford dealers to get here. I tried each of the oth I stopped going to Metro Ford a few years back because it was far from my house, I would pass 1 or 2 Ford dealers to get here. I tried each of the other dealers in town, since they were closer....I regret every minute that I wasted at each different place. When I finally bit the bullet and drove further back to Metro I remembered how satisfying it was to be back here. I wished I would have never turned my back and tried other places. It would have saved me time, money, stress and headaches. This is now my home dealer. More
