The sales manager came out to talk to me after I initially denied the value for my trade in aggressively with a baseball cap tilted to the side. While I understand I bought the vehicle, I will not make the two trip to purchase from this dealership again. I am old school and appreciate customer courtesy. Ford kept my car for a month but they did provide me with a I was told at first that my car service would be 750.00 and then someone called me and said we will have to raise the price because the worker that no I was told at first that my car service would be 750.00 and then someone called me and said we will have to raise the price because the worker that no longer works there quoted me the wrong price .The price elevated to $900.00 after having my car for 2 weeks.I called back after the 3rd week and asked what was going on with my car, someone told me they had to ship it to Jaguar because Ford couldn’t fix it. Finally after 4 weeks I received my car back. The best part of this experience is when the price went down and my car was clean. More
