awesome car buying experience jason hutton the GM called me back after my initial phone call, gave him the info of my trade, he gave me a price, then gave me a price on the raptor jason hutton the GM called me back after my initial phone call, gave him the info of my trade, he gave me a price, then gave me a price on the raptor i was inquiring about, we agreed on both the trade price and purchase price of the raptor and the complete conversation was about 5 mins. i let jason know that i'd be at the dealership as soon as it opened the next morning as i had to get back for my son's birthday and he said they'd have everything ready to go. spoke with doug in finance later that evening for about 3 mins to figure out all of the logistics. sure enough the next day when the dealership opened i arrived and all of the paperwork was waiting for me and the truck was detailed ready for delivery. this is a how a car deal should be done as i absolutely can't stand wasting hours at dealerships in regards to the back & fourth between the salesman & sales manager, rather i spoke directly with the GM, got the deal done, spent less than 10 mins total on the phone & barely 30 mins at the dealership taking delivery of my new raptor. the 30 mins at the dealership would've been approx 15 mins had the salesman not taken the time to set-up the ford pass which i appreciated. this was by far the best vehicle transaction i've ever been involved in! Sales person runs off to the manager for every little question. I also purchased a Vehicle service contract withe the finance person Zach. I specifically asked, if I could cancel it, if I wanted to, finally he said yes. They don't tell you how to cancel by the way. I found a better deal on a service contract thru AAA, 1000.00 less and a lower deductible for the exact same coverage. I called to cancel with a Martha Ortiz (I think that's her last name) as directed by Zach and the sales guy. I think the sales guy was Keith. Martha never called me back. Although, she did call me before I decided to cancel about insurance paperwork that the sales guy didn't pass on. Finally, after several weeks of no responses from the sales guy Kirk, the finance guy Zach, or this Martha. I showed up at the dealer unannounced and got the form signed by Martha. The money has still not been refunded yet however. I do not recommend Metro Ford, they suck after the sale. Stay away from this place. If you buy a car, pay cash, don't buy any extras and leave. They suck. More

New Purchase There was a little problem with the communication as to what the on line price included and why the price quoted on line was different than the price There was a little problem with the communication as to what the on line price included and why the price quoted on line was different than the price quoted at the dealership. There was a poor explanation of the cash rebates and I am still not sure I received the Farm Bureau rebate that my membership says I should have received. The explanation was not clear and seemed to dismiss the rebate with out any valid reason. More
