Service was good, but we get a text when we first show up and tell us to text with questions or if we need anything. That’s great, but what’s the point if no one is responding to the texts being sent? And if and tell us to text with questions or if we need anything. And if things are taking a little bit longer and you have someone waiting onsite a great help To the customer would be to inform them. I was on site from 9-4:30pmmtne other day and I don’t mind that if I’m being informed if the technician is having an issue with something. But I text asking questions got no reply, and had to come find someone to get any kind of update and then the update given was for about 2 more hours but it ended up being 3. Just small kind of updates go a long ways. And when the vehicle is done please get to the customer quicker instead of just letting them sit around for another 20-30 mins while it’s sitting on the bay done. More
