We had one of the worst experiences with this dealership I’ve ever had in my entire life. The salesmen tried to bully me to use their funding even though I had secured my own because they wouldn’t make mone I’ve ever had in my entire life. The salesmen tried to bully me to use their funding even though I had secured my own because they wouldn’t make money if I used my own. They agreed to fix a few things on the truck which included a shock because one was bent and that is a safety issue. They kept the truck for over 2 weeks and lied about where they were in the process of fixing what we had agreed upon. The used car manager was a complete jerk. We will not recommend and we do not want to have any further experiences with this dealership. The only good part out of this experience was Kelly Browning and he wasn’t even our salesman. He has been in constant contact. Only good thing about this dealership. More

Wouldnt sell me the truck for the price they had advertised online since i wouldnt finance through them and the bad thing is my credit union was 2% lower than anything they could offer. They even to advertised online since i wouldnt finance through them and the bad thing is my credit union was 2% lower than anything they could offer. They even told me they was going to sell it out from underneath me if I didnt finance through them or my other option was to pay 2700$ more than the advertised price. Long story short I was forced into financing through them to buy the truck. Shady bunch at metro ford! More
