I think the diagnostic fee is a joke when there is no need to perform it. I got charged the $150 fee, the tech failed to replace the camera wiring harness. It cost me another trip and I wasted about 4 ho need to perform it. I got charged the $150 fee, the tech failed to replace the camera wiring harness. It cost me another trip and I wasted about 4 hours of my time. I told them it needed a camera and the wiring harness when I left the vehicle. My appointment was for 9:30am I arrived early. When I went in to check in nobody greeted me until I said something because the next person that walked in was greeted and asked what they needed ! Brandon Ward did a great job showing me multiple Mustangs, answering my questions, and letting me test out the vehicles until I felt comfortable deciding on a purchase. We talked for about a week ab Mustangs, answering my questions, and letting me test out the vehicles until I felt comfortable deciding on a purchase. We talked for about a week about my trade in, that was in the shop for recall work, and what I was looking for. Erron also helped me out on Brandon's behalf with a test drive and questions. Brandon agreed to meet a competing trade in offer and worked with me on getting a price we could agree on for the vehicle I was interested in. I was able to get what I was looking for and good financing terms. Over all the experience was one of the better car buying experiences I have had. I never felt like Brandon was high pressure, disingenuous, or any of the other stereotypical traits people don't want to experience in a car salesman. I realized I had left part of a seat cover in my trade in the day after I bought the vehicle and Brandon and Cody both looked for it and helped me to recover it. I recommend for anyone to check out Metro Ford first if you're in the market for a new vehicle. More
