I had an appointment at 8:30 for an oil change, fuel additive and check for any recalls. I checked out at 11:30. They rotated my tires for free which I needed to do. But the whole time I was waiting I w additive and check for any recalls. I checked out at 11:30. They rotated my tires for free which I needed to do. But the whole time I was waiting I was never updated on my service. This has never taken this long before. Very frustrating and waste of my time, even if it’s a free oil change from buying the car here. I’ll try again and if it’s not any better I’ll go elsewhere for service. 3 hours is ridiculous! More
on 11/17/25, I brought my 2025 F-150 Platinum truck in for recall work. On 11/25/25, I had to retrieve some personal items from my truck as the repairs were more extensive than initially expected (it was for recall work. On 11/25/25, I had to retrieve some personal items from my truck as the repairs were more extensive than initially expected (it was discovered the engine required replacement). While retrieving my items, I observed several tree leaves on top of my truck indicating that it had been stored outside for some period of time. On 12/15/25, the work was complete and they brought my truck to me. There was an obvious new chip in the hood paint which was definitely not there before (I kept it in the garage and would have noticed). The dealership is now claiming no responsibility for the necessary paint repair. I said that they photographed the truck upon my delivery to them and they should look at it. They said they could not conclusively determine whether or not the chip in the paint was already there (which sounds a lot like they saw no chip in the paint previously, but simply do not want to fix their mistake). Overall it was a decent experience buying a truck unseen. I’m from Texas and Chris helped me with getting the information I needed and also helped me with the purchase of the truck. My only issue is a coup I’m from Texas and Chris helped me with getting the information I needed and also helped me with the purchase of the truck. My only issue is a couple of items were not disclosed to me about the truck. The multiple scratches on the hood and the interior leather dash trim pulling up. The drivers side door also arrived making a popping sound when it’s opened or closed. Did not hear that on the video I received. More
