They advertise that they haven't yet met the deal they can't beat but in fact they hide costs and fees in their advertising and are far apart from other dealers' sales offerings. I recently contacted them about leasing an F 150. Though the monthly payment was low they expected $6,000 at signing. Showed them a deal from a Chevy dealer on a comparable Silverado. $179/month, $1900 due at signing. They couldn't match it. They've apparently met the deal they couldn't beat. After many years and no less than 5 vehicles purchased or leased from Metro, my next truck will be a Chevy Silverado. More

I had looked at the trucks on the lot and picked a few that were close to what I wanted, but missing a few options. Nicole found a truck with all my requirements that was to be delivered soon and it came in on the truck while we were talking. Nicole Bellanger is very professional and if there is any problems, she will make sure that it is resolved. Buying a truck now days is a large purchase and I really appreciated the service that Nicole provided. Total disregard for customers well-being! Immediately brought it back onto the lot, only to be told by the salesman that the same thing happened to him recently!!!! After this we spoke to who I believe was the GM, his response to this was to show me a recall notice for a clutch part... so he knew this car had a problem yet let it be put on the lot for a customer or family to get behind the wheel of. Not very smart or safe!!! More
