Kevin Ruscio/Ford Focus I bought my first car at Metro Ford Schenectady. Kevin was a great help getting me my suv. I went back to Metro Ford, and asked for Kevin, once agai I bought my first car at Metro Ford Schenectady. Kevin was a great help getting me my suv. I went back to Metro Ford, and asked for Kevin, once again, he helped me get a Ford Focus. He went above and beyond, and helped me again to acquire my new vehicle. I will come back again, for another vehicle when I need another car/suv. Kevin is very professional, courteous and really works with the costumer. Expectations SURPASSED - Will not buy anywhere else We will never visit another dealer again. We were just exploring our options and we found not 1 but 2 vehicles that completely met our needs. Anthony Defabio had previously sold us the truck we were considering trading and working with him again was seamless, he is knowledgeable and anticipates the customer's expectations exactly. My husband is not a details person and even he was comfortable with the interaction (not as easy task - but Anthony is a professional and make's it painless) We purchased a 2017 Ford F-150 XLT and a 2107 Ford Fusion Hybrid this week. Michelle Hamel in finance is FANTASTIC, we would follow her anywhere, when the car I initially chose wouldn't work in my best interest financially, she found me a car that more than exceeded our expectations and made us a better deal than we could have imagined. Dave you can stop looking for the "deal you can't beat." Metro Ford's advertising borders on out and out fraudulent. They advertise that they haven't yet met the deal they can't beat but in fact they hide co Metro Ford's advertising borders on out and out fraudulent. They advertise that they haven't yet met the deal they can't beat but in fact they hide costs and fees in their advertising and are far apart from other dealers' sales offerings. I recently contacted them about leasing an F 150. Though the monthly payment was low they expected $6,000 at signing. Showed them a deal from a Chevy dealer on a comparable Silverado. $179/month, $1900 due at signing. They couldn't match it. They've apparently met the deal they couldn't beat. After many years and no less than 5 vehicles purchased or leased from Metro, my next truck will be a Chevy Silverado. More
