Exceeded my expectations, Tony Simone is a brand ambassador! I have been driving the same car for fifteen years and knew it was time to consider a different choice. I have even started taking my mother's and my daughter's car to Metro Ford service now. When I encountered a problem recently it seems like the entire dealership got involved in the resolution and within 24 hours it was resolved to my complete satisfaction. It is refreshing to see service people like Jay and Troy take such concern and care of all of my service needs on our vehicles. They are keepers and deserve a raise ! I only have one suggestion. They should use plastic covers over the vehicles upholstered seats when servicing vehicles. More
