Pleasant Experience I had been to Metro several times over the past few months, trying to make up my mind which vehicle to get. I had intially thought of a truck. Unexpected purchase Went to the dealer wher my future son in law was going to purchase a CPO Escspe! Walked out with a CPO 2017 Explorer! Satisfied, Fast, Fair & Not Pushy!! Nicole was a fantastic salesperson! She was super patient and accommodating. We test drove 5 vehicles and she cleaned off snow and ice, and warmed eve Nicole was a fantastic salesperson! She was super patient and accommodating. We test drove 5 vehicles and she cleaned off snow and ice, and warmed every one of them up for us with no hesitation. Nicole helped us in comparing all the differences between models years and new or used for the Ford Escape. As for the difficult part of getting to an affordable price the managers were very willing to get us where we needed to be. We got exactly what we wanted for our trade and a very fair price on our new vehicle. We had no reason to shop around! More

Best experience at a dealer Ever! Kevin at Metro Ford was great treated me like family not a customer and I worked him lol! He was patient and understanding we have 8 kids and we neede Kevin at Metro Ford was great treated me like family not a customer and I worked him lol! He was patient and understanding we have 8 kids and we needed a vehical and a good deal! Kevin helped out with everything from start to finish and came in on hos day off to make sure our deal went Great for delivery! My parents used metro in my child hood and always had good luck with them! If your in the market for a car truck or in our case a bus lol 15 passenger transit! And Definitely ask for Kevin! And David wood was great for the paperwork and extended warranty So far it has been a Great experience let's hope service is just as good in the future More
