Amazingly fast! I've visited Metro Ford for an oil change in the past, and well... I usually have time to finish my coffee, read a few chapters, knit a few rows, and I've visited Metro Ford for an oil change in the past, and well... I usually have time to finish my coffee, read a few chapters, knit a few rows, and visit the restroom. Not this time! I had barely settled in and read about 3 pages of my book, when I was informed my car was ready. Granted, it was the first (free) oil/filter change at 5000 miles on a new vehicles, but still - that was like lightning! Metro has handled all of my Ford service since 2013; I had already decided that even if I bought a Ford elsewhere (I didn't! We bought _two_ Ford Escapes at the same time this past spring!) Metro was my choice for service. As my wife and I say, if we have a Good Experience, we tell people. And if we have a Bad Experience, we tell people. For ove 6 years, Metro has been All Good. More
