Poor service I originally called about a recall. I was told I could bring it Friday. When I arrived I was told they needed to replace the blower motor but they did I originally called about a recall. I was told I could bring it Friday. When I arrived I was told they needed to replace the blower motor but they didn’t have the part. I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks later. I received a text asking me to confirm my appointment. When I arrived I was told there was no rental vehicle as I was promised. I received a courtesy ride to my office. Shortly after arriving at work I received a call saying that they still did not have the part. I feel that they could have saved me a trip to Schenectady if they knew they didn’t have the part. More
