Satisfied I was looking for a used Tacoma crew cab and found Metro had one on line. Oil change/other issue with vehicle We brought our 2018 Escape in for it’s first oil change but wanted to ask about a noise we hear once in awhile when backing up and turning the wheel. We brought our 2018 Escape in for it’s first oil change but wanted to ask about a noise we hear once in awhile when backing up and turning the wheel. The person we talked to checked things out while it was on the lift, and drove it around the parking lot, and didn’t see anything unusual. He did say a few other customers mentioned the same loud thud noise. He looked online and said Ford has some notes about what the problem could be. I asked what we should do and he said we’d have to wait until more information is learned. Although we went home without the issue being resolved I feel good that it was looked at and that other people have the problem. Unfortunately we don’t remember the name of the person who helped us. The only negative experience I had in the process of buying my pre-owned truck was when I went to pick it up after I had purchased it the detailing work to clean up the truck had not been done as promised. I had to wait while they tried to do it in a hurry. More
