Service - Fast & Friendly First off, I've been a metro customer sine 2013, when I bought a C-Max Energi, my late, lamented, first vehicle I've ever loved. That being said, when First off, I've been a metro customer sine 2013, when I bought a C-Max Energi, my late, lamented, first vehicle I've ever loved. That being said, when I pull into Metro's service area, I'm greeted by name, the service manager asks about our cars, and I'm kept up to date if there are any issues during service. This visit, was a simple oil change - the 5000 oil change, first with a new car (2019 Escape). The service agent guessed who I was, because i had made an appointment, and apologized in advance that the service might be longer than usual, as they were down 2 mechanics that day. I took my seat in the waiting room and pulled out my book to read. The salesman who I dealt with back in March saw me sitting, and came over to see how things were going, and the service rep came up to tell me the car was done. 45 minutes, total, which is pretty darn good for any dealership. So yeah, I've been coming to Metro with 1 car for the past 6 years - now, we'll be coming with 2 of them. More

Could not work a deal. I wanted to trade up my leased vehicle for another one with the same features. My mileage on my lease was over my allowed mileage. The dealer would no I wanted to trade up my leased vehicle for another one with the same features. My mileage on my lease was over my allowed mileage. The dealer would not do anything with me at all regarding the mileage so therefore I just bought the lease out. Very disappointed with the whole process. It was not the sales woman's fault Darlene is excellent. I blame management more. They can't want to sell too many cars when they refuse to bend in order to achieve a sale. More

Recall I was told that the blower needed to be checked for a date. If it was within a certain date it would be replaced if not it would be all set. Ok the day I arrived for service I was told that it did need to be replaced but they would need to order the part and I’d have to come back. If this part is under recall and I had an appointment don’t you think it’sa good idea to have the part ready? More
