Car Buying Made Easy! I needed a new car. I have always loved the Ford Fusions. I saw one I liked and Dan told me all about it. He gave me a great deal. He took it on a I needed a new car. When I picked it up he explained even more. He was patient with my wife and I while we asked questions...and took care of the insurance necessities in a timely manner. Bill was great, too. He gave us a good deal on an extended warranty plan. We also discovered we were neighbors and had a nice chat. Both Dan and Bill were very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. The collision center reportedly has contracts with about 20 different insurers, so there's a good chance you'll go there if you are involved in an accident. They also guarantee the repairs for the life of the vehicle. More

Just awful. Purchased a 2018 F-250 in November and was in the shop for 11 out of 45 days. Service Department were rude and dismissive after having the front end fail almost putting me in to a guard rail, my the shop for 11 out of 45 days. Service Department were rude and dismissive after having the front end fail almost putting me in to a guard rail, my doors having to be ratchet-strapped shut to drive home, and my alarm going off for hours while at work for no apparent reason. After the 4th service visit for my windows not rolling up and rear doors not opening, I begged for the mercy of the dealer to help remediate my purchase and swap for another used vehicle. After initially offering $7,250 in depreciation for 45 days of ownership, we settled on me eating $4000 in sales tax and depreciation to get out of this nightmare. After finalizing the deal, I discovered that despite the vehicle being Certified Pre-Owned, I was given 4 terribly worn and balding tires with some tread barely able to pass inspection. This has been the worst 60 days of dealing with this dealership and I hope to tell everyone to avoid Metro like the plague. More
