My wife swerved to miss a Reindeer during a winter storm and totaled my 2018 Fusion hybrid. Body shop and Jim were great to deal with and explained everything. After they totaled my car I went to sales and delt with Bill Hearley. Made the purchase of my new 2020 Fusion energi Titanium simple and quick. He walked me through the entire car and introduced me to Troy in service. I look forward to all my return visits for service because that Troy fella is quite funny yet professional. overall Honestly the best car buying experience I've had. Keep up the good work More
