From sales to service the team at MetroFord has taken care of me. Hassle free experience I was greeted immediately by Darlene Shafran. I was not expecting to actually make a purchase because I was in a lease with 22 months remaining but w I was greeted immediately by Darlene Shafran. I was not expecting to actually make a purchase because I was in a lease with 22 months remaining but was over my mileage allowance. Darlene was upfront and honest and explored several options. I left with a fair offer that I shopped around with. That reinforced that I was treated fairly. I did receive one better option from another dealer and returned to Darlene with that offer. Metro came close but was not able to match it exactly (different vehicles) but I made the purchase from Metro because of the time Darlene afforded to me as well as the upfront and initial honesty. I never experienced that car purchasing typical nonsense of getting a crazy price thrown at me. I would return to Metro again! More
