Poor service I originally called about a recall. I was told I could bring it Friday. When I arrived I was told they needed to replace the blower motor but they did I originally called about a recall. I received a text asking me to confirm my appointment. When I arrived I was told there was no rental vehicle as I was promised. I received a courtesy ride to my office. Shortly after arriving at work I received a call saying that they still did not have the part. I feel that they could have saved me a trip to Schenectady if they knew they didn’t have the part. More

I asked that my car be road tested for a grinding noise I took my 2017 Ford Focus Titanium hatchback in for oil change/ tire rotation (“The works.”). I asked that my car be road tested for a grinding noise generated when the vehicle made slow turns. This was done but the source could not be found. John, my service advisor, agreed to take a short drive with me. He heard the sound. It was agreed, to my satisfaction, that if the noise persisted I could just drop in and a mechanic would re-check. I had a question on how to delete only some of my addresses in Navigation when the only command was “Delete All.” Troy got in my car and showed me the method. I was impressed that the service manager would stop what he was doing to help me. More
