The experience at Metro Ford was terrible...yes terrible. I honestly don’t recommend anyone going there to buy or trade a car. I went there yesterday to see if I can change my GMC for another SUV which I had for a year and they said yes it can be change but I would had to get a brand new car in order for my wife credit score to grow. Now we did change it for a Ford Fusion 2020. But when we went today to change it for a SUV they say that we can’t change it because is electronic. But if you look at the page...IT SAYS YOU CAN. But they have a system that once you buy a car and if you are not comfortable with, and you want to change it...you go within the next day and they say that the person who sold the car are not available ( that is their day off). I’m telling you all these because they did it to me twice and to other people they bought car there. I’m not the only one. Wow what a coincidence that is not to show at work the next day after selling a car. This car I got is not bad the only thing we went there for was to change it because we have a CLEANING COMPANY in which we have equipment to fit. But they said they can’t do anything until the person who sold me the car is there. I WOULD LIKE ALL OF YOU TO KNOW THAT..AGAIN THOSE ARE TRICKS SO AFTER 3 DAYS YOU CAN’T CHANGE YOUR CAR IN CASE IT AIN’T FIT TO WHAT YOU NEED. CHOOSE ANOTHER DEALER BUT DONT GO FOR METRO FORD. Brake repair I recently had the brakes repaired on my 2012 Ford Fusion. This was incidental to the annual NY state inspection.
