The technician's video was clear and explained all needed repairs and a couple of minor problems which I had not noticed but were clearly needed (an oil leak and rust on brake lines). I was on my way quickly and my car now drives, handles and stops like a new car. Completely satisfied!. More

Car was damaged My bumper was not put back on correctly when fixing the sensors, which had malfunctioned and in the end my bumper does not look good, which is sad as My bumper was not put back on correctly when fixing the sensors, which had malfunctioned and in the end my bumper does not look good, which is sad as it is a new vehicle and was not fixed correctly. The car also had rust particles all over the back area of my car. Not sure what was placed in my car that had rust, A new vehicle like this doesn't have rust and now I was forced to clean up the rust. Would not recommend to anyone to get service done and will rethink my next purchase. I purchased 2 cars in under 6 months from this dealer and they do not fix things as agreed. when asked to make this right, we were met with it being our fault!! Not good professional service at all! I thought this dealership stood behind Ford. I have a recurring problem with my rear window defogger. The only fix is to replace the rear window. I have done that 4 times in the last 3 years. Now that my extended warranty has expired, you want me to pay for the whole repair. This is a faulty design from Ford and I don't think I should have to pay for something that is going to malfunction again. This is crazy.
