I was very happy with everything but when I got my carfax it indicated that my brakes were overdue for inspection, which I thought would have been done before I picked the truck up. I called the salesman an it indicated that my brakes were overdue for inspection, which I thought would have been done before I picked the truck up. I called the salesman and said that he was sure it was done, I told him that I want the carfax to reflect that, he said it was no big deal. I still want the carfax to reflect that the brakes were inspected. Please check and see if my brakes were inspected before I picked up the truck and have the carfax reflect that. More

He has tremendous knowledge about all off road vehicles. His upbeat and positive nature made reaching a deal very smooth. I was able to drive home in my new Bronco in less than 24 hours. I have to give low marks to the financing representative. Dealing with him was brutal. I would have signed anything to get out of his office. He could not operate the computer or touch screens in a reasonable amount of time. Scare tactics on the extended warranties doesn't sit well with the customer. "The computer could shut off and stop feeding oil to the engine." Really? It took almost an hour to sign the papers. Overall a positive experience for me, a new customer to Metro and Ford, More
