Loved the truck, not a fan of the sales person. I felt like there was a lot of circular talk and I wanted the end price. Instead, fees kept coming out at pick up. Just tell me up front. WORST customer service i have EVER recieved. I couldnt believe the way the employees talked to me and not just one. The receptionist , the service manager nick and also the service employee troy. The service manager nick lied to my face , would not give me his managers phone number when i said i was not satisfied with how i was being spoke to and also would NOT give me a copy of my warranty because " they dont have it " but the warranty is from them !!!!!! I will NEVER do any buisness with ford again as well as my whole entire family. This dealership is by far the worst place to visit. Id rather spend $20,000 some where else on a new vehicle than deal with these people any longer. The best part is the General manager does NOT return phone calls. "great customer service" is what you will NOT find there. STAY AWAY !!!!!!! More
