We'll, the service manager, Nick Saccone took excellent care of my car's needs. Everything that he said that the technician would do was done to a satisfactory manner. The work completed it always good, but when I called to speak to the service department they acted like I was bothering them, or they didn't want to be there. They had to order a part so they offered a loaner, but then dais they didn't have one, so I had to pick my vehicle up, and they would call when the part arrived. They never called, I had to call them, and couldn't get my vehicle in for nearly a week. Some e dropped the ball. Kind of disappointing because prior to my last 2 visits it was much better. I can't say who I spoke with on the phone because they didn't give their name. I had to choose someone to submitt this review, but like I said, I don't know ow who I spoke with. More

Went in for “the works ” and new wiper blades with an appointment. Was told it would take an hour or a little over an hour. At one hour I asked how much longer - the man went back and checked and came ba appointment. Was told it would take an hour or a little over an hour. At one hour I asked how much longer - the man went back and checked and came back to say about 10 minutes longer. At the two hour mark I went back into the area where you sign in to look for my car coming out and it was still in the back. No one spoke to me but I waited until my car came around. I never got an itemized list or an explaination is what was done. Usual to state what all was done which is disconcerting . Then I left In the car and had to stop because both rear view mirrors were folded in and I could t see safely to drive. Not a good visit. Not at all what I expected or experienced in the past. I hope this isnt the “ new norm.” More
