My service advisor Roger was very helpful and courteous and everything he quoted me was exactly as it worked out. He even took care of my tire rebate for me. Service dept. did seem overbooked that day so i and everything he quoted me was exactly as it worked out. He even took care of my tire rebate for me. Will not be returning. Dropped vehicle off for oil change and recall for master brake cylinder at 7;45am - appointment was at 8:00am. Did not receive any status update until I called at 330 pm. Was informed and recall for master brake cylinder at 7;45am - appointment was at 8:00am. Did not receive any status update until I called at 330 pm. Was informed my vehicle hasn’t been looked at yet and wouldn’t be ready today. I specifically told the service desk when I made the appointment that it must be done in one day. I spoke with your service manager. He had no response when I asked why my vehicle was not completed. I told him I was not returning and he didn’t even apologize. This is not the first time I’ve had service issues at metro. I have since moved my service to DePaula. This is a company vehicle - all of our vehicles now are serviced elsewhere. Get some people that understand business if you want to keep your business alive. Terrible! More
