I needed the hood of my Mustang replaced, windshield replaced, and my A pillar repaired due to ice damage. When I went to pick it up, I was less than pleased with the paint job of the hood (paint globs replaced, and my A pillar repaired due to ice damage. When I went to pick it up, I was less than pleased with the paint job of the hood (paint globs, primer still visible) and upset that they forgot about to repair the A pillar. There was also new damage to the nose of the car where a tool had dropped and damaged my paint. The car was never looked over before I came to pick it up. They apologized to me and fixed their mistakes. In the end, I was pleased with the job they did. They made everything right but I was without a car for 2.5 weeks with no loner car offered to ke when they needed to repair their work mistakes. More
