I brought in vehicle for recall repair and other services ( 4 wheel alignment balance rotation) and made arrangements to get shuttle service . Brought in car early and was told that car had to stay overnight ( 4 wheel alignment balance rotation) and made arrangements to get shuttle service . Brought in car early and was told that car had to stay overnight .Was not told this on advance , could have brought car in a.m. to allow for time to fix vehicle ) Then was told shuttle in 1/2 he waited 45 minutes then was told driver at Wolf rd be here any minute 30 minutes later still not arrived had to call Wife ( who I did not want to call out of work , that’s why the shuttle) and called her for a ride she pulled into Metro Ford 2 minute after the shuttle did . 1st visit to Metro Ford and sorry to say .. not impressed More
