Horrible service. Works was under warranty too which should have been easy. Had to help the team diagnose the problem, which I told them I had. Works was under warranty too which should have been easy. Had to help the team diagnose the problem, which I told them I had. More

Compared to other dealerships, Metro Ford was relatively low-pressure. The salesman (Bob) seems like a pretty decent guy, I enjoyed dealing with him for the most part My only real complaint is about the vehicle registration process - it was needlessly complicated for both myself and the salesman. I am a Massachusetts resident and Metro Ford has a policy that the salesman has to accompany the purchaser to the Massachusetts RMV, which is an hour away, to complete the Mass State Sales Tax payment and plate/registration transfer. The Salesman had another engagement that afternoon and he was noticeably stressed out during the process and it made the finalizing of the purchase/registration and an extremely overwhelming and stressful ordeal for me as well. We had to rush the whole process and honestly it made my head spin. However, I can't blame it on the salesman because I would have been same way were I in his shoes. Even the Mass RMV personal were perplexed about Metro Ford's policy. Overall the experience has been solid, I really have enjoyed the vehicle so far and I wouldn't hesitate recommending Metro Ford. I haven't dealt with the service department yet so I cannot comment on that aspect. More
I was accidentally charged an additional 300$ which the dealership could not explain. Then when asked I was only refunded roughly $250 instead of the entire 300? Confusing as heck. dealership could not explain. Then when asked I was only refunded roughly $250 instead of the entire 300? Confusing as heck. More
